Cyprus construction prices ease in July

Construction prices eased in July, as the price index of construction materials fell by 0.16% over the previous month.
Prices are still up in the year to date, however, despite a steep recession in the sector.
In January – July 2012 construction prices rose by 1.09% compared with the same period last year. Construction materials prices are affected by global prices of commodities such as oil and steel.
