Energy pushes up industrial turnover in Jan

The industrial turnover index rose by 1.5% in January compared to January 2011.
However, the manufacturing subindex fell by 6.4% in the same period.
The increase came from energy (up 29.5%0 and durable consumer goods (up 15.3%), while the main decreases came from intermediate goods (down 15.6%) and non-durable consumer goods (down 4.2%).
