Logicom raises EUR 2.7 mln through warrants exercise

Logicom Public Ltd (LOG.CY) announced that during the first period of warrant exercise (Warrants 2008/2010), of the total of 6,173,300 LOG warrants in circulation, the amount of 3,694,494 or 59.85% have been exercised at the price of EUR0.73 per warrant converting into shares. The Company has thus effectively raised about EUR 2.7 mln.
According to the announcement all unexercised warrants may be exercised during the second period (20 –31/10/2009) or the third period (20 – 29/10/2010) at a price that will be announced.
