Cyta has new brand, identity and soon General Manager

Cyta, which previously was short for Cyprus Telecommunications Authority is the new brand name of Cyprus’ state-owned telecom, which has relaunched itself with a new logo, identity and soon to come product range.
Cyta Chairman Stavros Kremmos said the telecom giant is turning a new page in its history, promising to offer new products and services to the local market while at the same time proceeding with an important expansion in Greece.
Kremmos also told the Financial Mirror that by Monday, the Board of Cyta will take the final decision on the appointment of a new General Manager, which has been vacant for a year following the voluntary retirement of Nicos Timotheou.
All other main services of Cyta will also be regrouped under new brand names. There will be Cyta Global, Cytamobile Vodafone and the digital platform previously called miVision will become Cyta Vision.
