Ermes subsidiary expanding in Larisa, Greece

Ermes Department Stores Plc (ERME.CY), a member of the Shacolas Group of Companies announced that as part of its policy for the expansion of its activities in Greece, its subsidiary, Fashionlink SA (Greece) signed an agreement for the safeguard of a 6,000 sq. meters space in a shopping centre which is under construction in Larisa, Greece, for the opening of Debenhams and Next, Peacocks and Oviesse. The shopping centre will operate in September 2009.
The Company is in negotiations to secure more space for the opening of department stores and shops in the Greek market.
