Muskita AGM approves final dividend

Following approval by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders, the Board of Directors of Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc decided that the final dividend for 2007 that will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting, which amounts to EUR0.10 per share or 58.82% on the nominal value of the share of EUR0.17, will be paid to the shareholders on October 22, 2008. The cum-dividend date will be September 29, 2008. The ex-dividend date will be September 30, 2008.
