Hellenic Bank issues bonds to KEO

Hellenic Bank issued to KEO Plc ‘Bonds 2018’ amounting to EUR 10 mln. The bonds have been issued on September 1, 2008 and will expire on 31 August 2018 are part of Tier 2 Capital. The interest is payable every three months and will be paid cash at the end of each period. The Bonds bear a floating interest rate equal to 3-month Euribor which will be effective at the beginning of each period, plus 1.75%. The bonds will not be listed in the CSE.
