Aspis Liberty issues profit warning

Aspis Liberty Life Insurance Public Co. Ltd (LIB) announced that the results for the 6M 2008 period will be lower compared to the corresponding period in 2007, due to the Company’s loss making investments resulting from the downturn of both CSE and
international markets. Analysts at CISCO noted that Aspis Holdings Public Co. Ltd (ASP) owns 42.66% (directly and indirectly); as a result this will have a negative contribution to the Company’s 6M earnings, even though ASP issued a positive profit warning, dated 13 June 2008.
