Vassiliko results due Nov 20

The Board of Vassiliko Cement Works Pcl (VCW.CY) will convene on 20 November 2008 to examine its 9M08 results as well as the possibility of an interim dividend payment. The Company recently issued a negative profit warning for its 9M08 results on the back of a higher production cost base due to higher fuel, electricity, raw material and payroll costs combined with the constant retail selling cement price. In 9M07 VCW posted a net profit figure of EUR 11.8 mln.
