ITTL eyes Cyprus stock listing

International Trade Tourist and Leisure Park Ltd (ITTL), a subsidiary of the CSE listed Woolworth Properties Public Ltd (FWW) announced its intention to proceed with all necessary steps for the listing of the company’s titles on the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

This was announced during the Annual General Meeting of FWW that took place on Tuesday, July 1 2008 FWW. According to Management, the Company will reevaluate ITTL property and it expects a boost in revenues after the completion of the projects of Shacolas Commercial Park.

Moreover, the announcement covered the intentions of foreign investors to acquire a part or entire of the share capital of the subsidiary company. Finally, FWW also announced the sale of stake in CTC-ARI Airports by 2031.
