No bid for Pandora and Leptos

Armonia Estates Limited decided not to proceed with its intention to submit a Public Offer for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Pandora Investments ( PND.CY) and Leptos Calypso Hotels (LCH.CY). The decision was taken in view of the worsening international and domestic banking conditions and the high cost of borrowing.
