Danish Foreign Minister on visit to Cyprus

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Per Stig Moller will pay a working visit to Cyprus arriving in Paphos on Wednesday.

Upon arrival, the Danish Foreign Minister will participate at a ceremony for the naming of a street in honour of Erik The Good, King of Denmark, at the archaeological sight of the Basilica of Chrysopolitissa in Kato Paphos, where excavation recently discovered remains linking to the Danish king.

On Thursday, Dr Moller will have a meeting and talks with his Cypriot counterpart and former European Health Commissioner, Markos Kyprianou, and will be received by President Demetris Christofias in the capital Nicosia.

The Danish Foreign Minister will depart from Cyprus on Friday, March 28.
