CSE approves Mitsides listing

Mitsides Pcl announced that the Cyprus Stock Exchange on April 20 approved its application to list on the Exchange. Mitsides will list in the CSE’s Parallel market.

Mitsides also confirmed an earlier report by the Financial Mirror regarding the successful completion of its initial public offering (IPO), which was over-subscribed to the tune of 5.34 times. The company said that once the allotment process is completed, it will refund the excess money. A relevant announcement on the exact allotment ratio and the actual listing will be made shortly, the company said.
