MATRIXX Software Strikes Global Reseller Agreement with Sicap

Sicap will offer the MATRIXX Charging Engine, a real-time Online Charging System (OCS), to its global customer base with a specific focus on updating systems to meet the challenges of massive smartphone penetration and the surge in prepaid mobile data usage.
