2013 Hollywood CityPASS Program Adds a New Tour to its All-star Cast

HOLLYWOOD--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- You don’t need a producer, an agent, or even a movie mogul’s budget to visit Hollywood like a VIP. That’s because one quick, easy Hollywood CityPASS® purchase gets you into the city’s top-rated Walk of Fame attractions — including a new Tinseltown tour option — at a blockbuster savings of 48 percent. Beginning March 1, 2013, Hollywood CityPASS holders can opt for 24 hours of unlimited access to the Starline CitySightseeing Hop-on, Hop-off Multilingual City Tour, whose colorful double-decker buses transport visitors from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Beverly Hills’ Rodeo Drive to the beaches of sunny Santa Monica/Venice and the buzzing boulevards of downtown LA.

Each 2013 Hollywood CityPASS ticket booklet also includes prepaid admission to such marquee attractions as Madame Tussauds Hollywood, Red Line Tours’ “Hollywood Behind-the-Scenes,” a guided excursion to famous film locations, classic movie palaces, the Hollywood Walk of Fame and more; a Starline Movie Stars’ Homes Tour (can be taken in lieu of the Hop-on, Hop-off CitySightseeing Tour); and a choice between a guided tour of the Dolby Theatre, home of the Academy Awards, or The Hollywood Museum.

Hollywood CityPASS ticket booklets cost $59 for adults (value $112.90); $39 for children, age 3-11. Ticket booklets can be purchased online at CityPASS.com or at any of the participating attractions. They are valid for nine consecutive days, beginning with the first day of use.

Like the city itself, the Hollywood CityPASS program celebrates Tinseltown’s allure, inviting visitors to dive in and indulge their every starstruck fantasy, from rubbing elbows with likenesses of their favorite stars at Madame Tussauds to scouring the Walk of Fame for the handprints of Hollywood legends to checking out the movie sets, costumes, props, and other memorabilia displayed at The Hollywood Museum.
