Coca-Cola launches Happiness Flag for 2014 FIFA World Cup

Coca-Cola, one of the biggest sponsors of the 2014 FIFA World Cup which start in Brazil in June 12, is inviting football fans from the world over to participate in the huge Happiness Flag and by singing the happiest football anthem on the launch day of the world’s greatest sporting event in Sao Paolo.
The Happiness Flag will be the biggest photomosaic with faces and happy messages of fans from all around the world. Coca-Cola invited all sports fans to become part of the flag by uploading their selfies and photos on http://fwc2014.coca-cola.gr which will be presented for the first time at the pitch, before the opening game of 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Coca-Cola, which has been the official sponsor of FIFA World Cup since 1978, has also created its own official song for the 2014 FIFA World Cup campaign, with a title and lyrics that prove that this year’s FIFA World Cup belongs to everyone, according to a company announcement.
“The World Is Ours” was created by the vocals of Brazilian artist David Correy and the sounds of Monobloco – a local street band. The anthem’s composition was accomplished with the help of everyone, since Correy traveled all around the world for the anthem’s performance while at the same time encouraged all local artists to take part, thus providing a truly universal status to the song.
