Cyprus issues travel advice for Ukraine

The Cyprus Foreign Ministry has issued a travel advice for the Ukraine, advising Cypriot citizens who live or intend to travel to the Ukraine to exercise “extreme caution” and avoid mass gatherings areas.
Citizens of the Republic of Cyprus, “who are permanent residents or intend to travel to Ukraine, are advised to exercise extreme caution and avoid areas where mass gatherings, violent demonstrations and clashes between protestors and the police are taking place”, the ministry said.
Cypriot citizens are advised at the same time “to limit their movement, monitor news reports (international and local) for any developments, and follow the instructions of the local Authorities”.
