Cyprus property sale deals decline 45.7% in June

Property sale contracts concluded in June 2009 fell by 45.7% taking the first six months decline to 58.3% according to data issued by the Land Registry Department. The figures indicate the sharp decline in activity in the property sector, but according to Marfin CLR analysts, there are some positive indicators worth noting.
